Giuliana Rancic is leaving E! News next month.

The network announced Rancic's departure Wednesday, saying her last day will beMonday, Aug. 10. But, fans will still be able to catch Rancic - who will "remain a mainstay on the network," according to E! - on Fashion Police and Live From the Red Carpet.

Rancic, 40, has been an anchor at E! News since 2005. She is also an executive producer on the upcoming Oxygen series Rich in Faith.

"For more than a decade, I was fortunate enough to play a role in the success of E! News and will miss my family at the show," she said in a statement. "This is such a thrilling time for me and I thank the gang at E! for understanding my desire to embark on this next chapter in my life."

Earlier this year, Rancic found herself embroiled in a controversy after she said on Fashion Police's post-Oscars special that Zendaya's dreadlocks made her look like "she smells like patchouli oil, or weed," comments some critics viewed as racist. Rancic's co-host, Kelly Osbourne, quit the show in protest after the incident. Kathy Griffin departed weeks later after just seven episodes.

Fashion Police will re-launch in August, with Melissa Rivers coming aboard.
