The baby was born on Saturday in New York City, and a source told the magazine that her name is Krishna.
The 39-year-old new mother has not identified the baby's father.
Lakshmi's rep previously told the magazine that Lakshmi's pregnancy was considered "a medical miracle" because she struggled with endometriosis, which can lead to infertility.
