One of Food Network's biggest stars is now dining solo. Giada De Laurentiis, host of the network's Giada at Home, and her husband Todd Thompson have ended their marriage.
De Laurentiis posted the news on her website with the following statement:
"After an amicable separation since July, Todd and I have decided to end our marriage. Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths."
De Laurentiis, 44, and fashion designer Thompson were married in 2003. They have one daughter, Jade Marie, who was born in 2008.
