Fuller will play Eckhart Smits, a successful yet suspiciously sincere restaurateur who offers to buy a diner that Franklin and Bash frequent. He claims to be making the purchase out of lasting affection for the deceased owner, but seems to have more interest in the land than the restaurant.

Fuller currently stars as CIA director Graydon Osborne on Scandal, and his other TV credits include The West WingPsych and Supernatural.

Franklin & Bash kicks off its fourth season on Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 10/9c on TNT.
