These Game of Thrones Tie-In Books Will Fill the Void After the Final Season
It may not be The Winds of Winter, but these books should help ease the pain of the show ending
George R.R. Martin may still not be ready to release The Winds of Winter yet, but that doesn't mean Game of Thrones fans won't have a reason to visit the bookstore this year.
HBO has partnered with Insight Editions to offer up four new books to commemorate the end of the series. The collection promises to feature plenty of behind-the-scenes details and imagery from the show's epic run.

The first title, Shop Now, hit shelves on May 28 and is available on Amazon now. The book features the work of the show's storyboard artist William Simpson as he shares his original vision for some of the series' most pivotal scenes.

Then, The Photography of Game of Thrones will feature Helen Sloan's behind-the-scenes photography of the cast and settings of the show's production, while Shop Now features "previously unpublished works of art" along with other illustrations that were rendered to bring Martin's vision to the screen. And Michele Clapton will detail how she came up with all of her Emmy-winning designs in Game of Thrones: The Costumes. All three titles will hit shelves on Nov. 5.
