Gallagher, whose full name is Leo Anthony Gallagher, suffered a heart attack Wednesday night, collapsing 20 minutes prior to performing a show at a bar in Dallas. After arriving at the hospital, he was placed into a medically induced coma. Doctors are slowly taking the comedian out of sedation.

Gallagher also suffered a minor heart attack last year after collapsing during a performance.
