Exclusive Fringe Video: Anna Torv Tackles Alternate Acting

What's the challenge of playing two characters (who are, sort of, one)?

Fringe'sAnna Torv has taken on the challenge of playing two characters this season. While the Olivia we've known since Season 1 is trapped in the alternate universe — under the assumption she's the alt-Olivia because of brainwashing — Bolivia has infiltrated the Fringe Division in our universe.

Though Bolivia knows who Olivia is, there are still elements of what makes the original Fringe Division agent stand apart. "Olivia reacts always internally first, where Bolivia is a little bit more cocky," Torv says, noting that Bolivia is "not buttoned up" and is "more comfortable in her skin."
