Fox Orders Pilot from Nat Faxon, Jim Rash

With pilot season just around the corner, Fox is off to an early start. The network has ordered Fatrick, a half-hour comedy from Oscar-winning Descendants screenwriters Nat Faxon and Jim Rash, TVGuide.com has learned.

The project is centered on a thirtysomething mover named Patrick who faces repercussions from his childhood, when he was an overweight kid, according to TVLine.

Faxon, who recently starred in Ben and Kate, and Rash (Community) will direct the pilot, while the script will be written by Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 creator Nahnatchka Kahn and writer Corey Nickerson.
