Fox Orders New Pilot from Journeyman Creator

Journeyman creator Kevin Falls has traveled back to Fox with a new pilot based on an Argentinian telenovela.But don't think it'll be all romance and class issues: The series, tentatively titled Eva Adams, centers on a womanizer who inexplicably becomes a woman, and thus begins to understand the abusive practices of which s/he was once guilty. The storyline, which draws from the original series Lalola, is set in the fashion and sports management arenas, Variety says. Falls is set to exec produce the American version, which he also wrote, along with Jamie Tarses (My Boys). Is America ready for a telenovela flecked with morality? — Anna Dimond
