Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) has already admitted he's not the best writer on this season of The Following, and we're starting to think he's lacking in the common sense department as well. On Monday's episode (9/8c, Fox), Joe, Emma (Valorie Curry) and Mandy (Tiffany Boone) are still stationed with the crazy cult they encountered last week. And Emma (understandably) wants to get the hell out of Dodge, given her near-death experience last week, when the group's leader offered her up as a sacrifice.
