When the casting role breakdowns were announced for the untitled CW Flash/Arrow spinoff, one name stuck out: "Mystery Hero."

As of Thursday, the mystery is over!

On the set: Arrow and Flash stars reveal crossover secrets

Now we know who will be playing him: Franz Drameh. Drameh is a British actor who kicked off his acting career in Clint Eastwood's 2010 movie Hereafter, and appeared in Attack the Blockand Edge of Tomorrow.

According to TVLine, the actor will play Jay Jackson, a former high school athlete who's working as a mechanic after his dreams of a professional athletic career are crushed when he sustains a serious injury.

The original description of the role said they were looking for an "African-American male in his twenties [who] will fill the role of a regular, street smart guy who unexpectedly gains powers, and then, as part of the team, regularly quips about the insanity of the situations."

It's not exactly clear which superhero Drameh will play -- guesses have ranged from Cyborg to Black Lightning to Static to an entirely new hero created for the series. On the show, he'll star alongside Arthur Darvill, Ciara Renee, Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell and Victor Garber.
