Showtime has green-lit a second season of Nurse Jackie. Monday's premiere of the Edie Falco medical dramedy nabbed 1 million viewers, the cable network's highest-rated premiere audience ever. In addition, 350,000 people watched the premiere's encore presentation — for a total of 1.35 million same-day viewers. Showtime has ordered up 12 new episodes, but has yet to schedule an air date for them.
