Rawat will trade in her math textbooks to play Rachel Walters, a mummification expert who crosses paths with Beckett (Stana Katic) and Castle (Nathan Fillion) when the Natural History Museum's assistant curator, Will Medina, is found murdered. Rachel informs the team that Will might have been cursed because he disturbed ancient Mayan tombs to create the museum's newest exhibit.Rachel, who could be a suspect in the murder, also catches Castle nosing through some coffins in the museum, prompting Becket to tease Castle about the curse. Castle refuses to believe her until he suffers his own near-death experience.The episode, entitled "Wrapped Up in Death," is slated to air April 5. The timing couldn't be better for Rawat, who has also had roles on 24and The O.C.Her Numb3rs character will take a trip down the aisle as the CBS procedural wraps up its sixth (and possibly final) season Friday.
