Engagement, Stat! Grey's Anatomy Star Ranks a Ring

As if she didn't have enough to celebrate this week, with ABC greenlighting her Grey's Anatomy spin-off, Kate Walsh's whirlwind romance with 20th Century Fox exec Alex Young has been officially ordered to "engaged-to-be-married" status. "It happened a few days ago," Walsh gushed to Us at Entertainment Weekly's Tuesday-evening upfronts party. "I'm on cloud nine!" Now let's just hope that ABC entertainment prez Stephen McPherson doesn't decide that the prospective groom, like Private Practice, needs "some work," too.
