The always-excellent character actor reprised his role from last season's Burn Notice finale as Raines, the CIA chief who welcomed Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan) back into the fold. While Baker had only a few scenes in the season opener, we're hoping we haven't seen the last of Raines.
In the meantime, Baker's pulling double duty on Season 4 of Damages (premiering July 13 on DirecTV) as a fixer who does the dirty work for private military corporation led by John Goodman. Baker earned a best guest actor Emmy nomination for his bad-guy turn on The Good Wife last season, and based on an early peek at the new season, he may be in line for another nod next year for doing Damages.
