Lost is getting a shot of indie cred. Entertainment Weekly reports that cult director Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream, Pi) has signed on to helm a May-sweeps episode of the ABC hit. "It was one of those fantastic calls out of the blue," says Lost exec producer Carlton Cuse. "His agents let us know he liked the show, and we jumped at the opportunity." In related news, I see a major relapse in Charlie's future. (If you haven't seen Requiem, that joke will make absolutely no sense. But take my word for it — it's funny.)
