Drake Bell Files for Bankruptcy

Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell has filed for bankruptcy, TMZ.com reports.

The actor, who starred on Drake & Josh and The Amanda Show, claims he owes $1.597 million, according to legal documents obtained by the site.

Bell, 26, also claims that he only makes $2,820 a month and that his expenses are $18,771.

Since Drake & Josh ended in 2008, Bell has done voiceover work and also competed on ABC's diving competition Splash last summer.
