Deal-closer: Sedgwick Parlays Her Gold into Green

Freshly minted Golden Globe winner Kyra Sedgwick has sealed a new deal with TNT to remain the star of The Closer. Not only has she extended her current contract by a year (bringing its total span to seven seasons), but she is also becoming a producer on the show and will enjoy a pay hike to about $250-300,000 per episode (plus the occasional "We heart you, Kyra" bonus).
