Days of Our Lives Actor Casey Moss Was Arrested After Trying to Hit a Bartender

Days of Our Livesactor Casey Moss was arrested Monday after allegedly trying to punch a bartender in Phoenix, Ariz., the Associated Press reports.

Officials were called to a bar at the W Scottsdale Hotel where the 21-year-old actor was reportedly drunk and had attempted to hit a bartender after being refused service to continue ordering alcohol. A friend attempted to hold Moss back, but was unsuccessful and the actor was tackled by the bar's bouncer after shoving another patron.

Moss then allegedly fought with an officer and struggled to break free from custody. Officers were forced to handcuff him. When asked for his name, Moss yelled, 'I'm Casey Moss, and I'm an actor on Days of Our Lives."

Moss was released from holding on Tuesday and currently faces charges for assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was in Scottstdale for the Days of Our Lives:50 Years book signing with his costars. The soap celebrates its 50th anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 8.
