David Dayan Fisher arrested for battery over pool-towel altercation
The actor was arrested in September for allegedly choking his neighbor during an argument about whether pool towels had been hung up. Fisher claimed it was in self-defense after his neighbor insulted his late mother.He is due back in court next month.
