David Cassidy Arrested for Driving Under the Influence

David Cassidy was arrested Wednesday after allegedly driving under the influence, TMZ.com reports.

The Partridge Familystar was pulled over in New York early in the morning after driving with his high beams on, according to the site. After failing a field sobriety test, Cassidy blew a 0.1 in the breathalyzer. In New York, an adult can be charged with a DUI if he/she has  0.08 percent blood-alcohol content or above. He was then arrested and taken to jail.

Cassidy, who was later released on $2,500 bond, could face a felony drunk driving charge because of a prior DUI in Florida.
