In this day and age, it's no longer a question of if your beloved childhood TV show or movie will be rebooted so much as when. From revivals like Gilmore Girls on Netflix to full-on reboots like the The Lord Of The Rings TV series currently in the works at Amazon , broadcast, streaming and cable channels all seem to know that revisiting the past is the best way to keep viewers investing in your future.

The one property that seems to be immune to the reboot frenzy, however, is the wizarding world of Harry Potter -- though it did get its own spin-off movie franchise of Fantastic Beasts. It's only a matter of time though according to Harry himself, Daniel Radcliffe, who thinks a reboot of his iconic movie franchise (on TV or otherwise) is inevitable.

"I don't know at this point what would be gained by rebooting it for TV, but that's not necessarily the goal, I suppose," Daniel Radcliffe told TV Guide at the Television Critics Association winter press tour while promoting his new TBS series Miracle Workers. "I definitely think there will be another version of it within my lifetime. It will be interesting to see. At the moment those films have sort of a sacred varnish on them, but that will be worn away at some point... I'm just intrigued to see when that happens."

Though the shine hasn't worn off on the movies we all know and love yet — and let's be real, it's going to be millennials version of the O.G. Star Wars films, so that veneer seems pretty permanent — Radcliffe did say that other stories within the wizarding world would be ripe for the picking if one of the major networks or streaming service is willing to take the leap.

"I feel like there are other stories from that world that you could absolutely turn into a TV series, 100 percent," he said. When prompted for what he's most eager to see of all the wizarding history author JK Rowling's laid out, he leapt to the Marauders: "A series with the older generation, that could be very cool."

Marauders-based TV series it is! Netflix? Hulu? Get on it!

In the meantime, you can check out Radcliffe's Miracle Workers on February 12 at 10:30/9:30c on TBS.
