CW Fall Schedule: Beauty and the Beast, Supernatural Move, Nikita's Endgame Postponed

The CW announced its new fall schedule Thursday, pairing The Vampire Diaries with new period drama Reign, moving Beauty and the Beast and Supernatural to new nights holding Nikita's final six episodes until later in the season.

The CW announced its new fall schedule Thursday, pairing The Vampire Diarieswith new period drama Reign, moving Beauty and the Beastand Supernatural to new nights holding Nikita's final six episodes until later in the season.

Kicking off the week on Monday will be Hart of Dixie and Beauty and the Beast, both on a new night. Tuesdays will now be the home of Vampire Diaries spin-off The Originals, which is followed by Supernatural. The Amell Family rules Wednesday nights with Arrow remaining in the 8 o'clock hour followed by the new show The Tomorrow People, which stars Stephen Amell's cousin Robbie Amell.

Other notable shifts include a move for The Carrie Diaries, which returns in the fall on Friday nights.

The 100, Star-Crossedand a new reality show Famous in 12 are being held for midseason. Nikita, which will end after a six-episode run, is currently not on the schedule.
