After airing only two episodes, The CW has moved Cult to Fridays beginning March 8 at 9/8c. Encore episodes of Beauty and the Beastwill air in Cult's old timeslot beginning Tuesday, March 5 at 9/8c.

The series, which stars Matt Davis as an investigative journalist searching for his brother that got caught up with the diehard fans of the fictional TV series "Cult," debuted to a mere 860,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating, jumping to 880,000 viewers for its second outing.
