Colton Haynes, John Stamos and Taylor Lautner walk into a hospital. It sounds like the set-up of a joke no one wanted to hear, but it's actually exactly what you can expect of Scream Queens' second season.
Haynes has officially joined the cast of the Fox horror-comedy. The Arrowstar will guest star as a patient at the hospital where the Chanels (Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd and Abigail Breslin) are working, Entertainment Weeklyreports. Stamos and Lautner will make their Scream Queens debut as doctors at the hospital, where some of the world's most bizarre medical cases are treated.
The Ryan Murphy drama will also welcome back Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Keke Palmer, Glen Powell and Niecy Nash for its second season.
Scream Queens returns Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9/8c on Fox.
