Phillips is the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips, who last fall claimed to have had an incestuous relationship with their late father, John Phillips. While Chynna's mother, Michelle Phillips, says she does not believe the claims, Chynna has publicly supported Mackenzie.Phillips has three children with husband Billy Baldwin.
