Flip or Flop's Christina El Moussa is breaking out on her own!

El Moussa will now have her own show on HGTV, Christina on the Coast, TV Guide has learned. The network has ordered 8-episodes of the new series to start as El Moussa expands her design business in southern California. Not only will the show feature Christina helping new clients turn their homes into "high-end showpieces," but will also show her struggles to find new projects while getting a new home herself and balancing single-parenthood with a new relationship.

The announcement of El Mouussa's new show comes as HGTV finishes the last season of Flip or Flop, which El Moussa cohosts with her ex-husband Tarek. The pair announced their divorce in December 2016 after seven years of marriage. The divorce became official this January. The latest episodes of Flip or Flop show the tensions in their relationship as they continue to work together after splitting up.

Tarek has not been confirmed to make appearances on Christina's new show but HGTV confirms that he is also in talks to have his own show after Flip or Flop finishes its run.
