In a stunning turn of events that no one could have predicted, Chris Wood pulled off a major upset. The CW's favorite Chris beat out the likes of Hemsworth, Pine, Pratt and Evans in TV Guide's Hollywood Chris bracket to be declared the undisputed Best Chris.
That's not to say Wood isn't a great Chris. As the delectably villainous serial murderer Kai Parker, he was hand's down the best thing about The Vampire Diaries' lackluster sixth season. We couldn't get enough of him in Containment and appreciated his turn as the reformed Daxamite Mon-El in Supergirl too. Still, he's relatively unknown outside of The CW's dedicated audience, which makes his win over Hollywood's main Chris quartet, whose key roles include Thor, Captain Kirk, Star-Lord and Captain America, shocking nonetheless.
A toast to Wood's legions of fans who turned out in droves and pushed him all the way to the finish line. You did it!
