While Brown did not flee the scene of the May 21 accident, he allegedly refused to give the driver he rear-ended his license number and went so far as to provide false insurance information, according to the site. Both of these acts could count as violations of his probation stemming from his 2009 assault of off-and-on girlfriend Rihanna.
