​Exclusive Chicago Med Sneak Peek: Halstead and April's Patient Will Tug at Your Heartstrings

On Thursday's episode of Chicago Med, Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and April (Yaya DaCosta) treat a talkative patient who's fallen and injured both of his wrists. Seems pretty standard, but there's a twist: The man is homeless and has been living on the city streets for 15 years.

"So much action in the city nowadays, you stop paying attention for a second and bam, faceplant," the man says good-naturedly.

But as they continue conversing, Halstead and April realize the patient may not be as put-together as he seems, and decides he might need to bring Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) in for a psych consult.

How well do the stars of Chicago Med know Chicago?

Later in the episode, the patient will share some "valuable insight that prompts one of the doctors to learn a thing or two along the way," according to NBC.
