Watch Connor's Emotional Goodbye to His Father in This Chicago Med Finale Sneak Peek

Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) is really going through it on Chicago Med. He didn't have the best relationship with his father -- that's putting it lightly -- but Cornelius's (D.W. Moffett) sudden death is the latest in a series of setbacks for the stressed out doctor. The Season 4 finale finds him in a rough spot as he continues to process that unexpected loss.

In an exclusive sneak peek at the episode, titled "With a Brave Heart," Connor delivers an emotional goodbye to his dad that will have you reaching for the nearest Kleenex. "I hated you," he says in the video. "You weren't the best dad but maybe if I had been a better son, you'd have been a better father. I'm sorry."

The episode marks Colin Donnell's final appearance as a series regular after it was announced that he, along with Norma Kuhling, who plays Ava, and Jon Seda, who plays Chicago P.D.'s Antonio Dawson, will depart the One Chicago family after this season. Expect an emotionally charged hour that will see Connor dealing with his father's passing while Ava fights for his heart. Meanwhile, FBI agent Ingrid Lee (Anna Enger Ritch) has some startling news for Will (Nick Gehlfuss) that puts his life in danger.
