Chelsea Clinton joins NBC News
"I hope telling stories through 'Making a Difference' — as in my academic work and nonprofit work — will help me to live my grandmother's adage of 'Life is not about what happens to you, but about what you do with what happens to you,'" she told the Times at the time of her hire.
Clinton will appear on Rock Center as well as NBC Nightly News. She is the second daughter of a former president hired by NBC in recent years. Jenna Bush Hager has been a correspondent for the Today show since August 2009.
