Much like 30 Rock has provided a sitcom home for Tina Fey and Tracy Morgan — not to mention record-breaking host Alec Baldwin — Lorne Michaels' latest NBC gem is putting Maya Rudolph in the spotlight as hilariously self-involved daytime talk-show host Ava. (Any resemblance to Oprah Winfrey is purely intentional.)

This week's uproarious episode brought in two more SNL alums: Will Forte as the cool daddy-o who introduced Will Arnett's Chris to the concept of dressing sexy for your wife (love the Bjorn Borg underwear!) and Lonely Islander Jorma Taccone as B-Ro, Ava's b-boy ex-boyfriend. Don't be surprised if their duet video goes viral. Now if Up All Night would just write a guest role for Jay Pharoah — Lord knows SNL isn't keeping him busy.
