"The woman in question is the sister of one of Sheen's campmates, and Sheen was only responding to a 12th step call," Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, told TVGuide.com.
Sheen entered rehab in February after taking a break from his CBS sitcom.
Rosenfield also said that Sheen's incognito attire was worn to play a joke on the paparazzi. "Since Sheen knew he was being followed and how this would look, he wore the moustache in a tongue and cheek disguise gesture," he said.
