Céline Dion Hospitalized to Prevent Early Delivery

Céline Dion has been hospitalized as a precaution to prevent the early delivery of the singer's twin boys, The Associated Press reports.

The 42-year-old singer checked into St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., to be near doctors for the impending birth of her second and third children with husband René Angelil. The couple already has a son, René-Charles, who is 9.

In August 2009, Dion's rep announced she was pregnant with her second child, but it was later revealed that the in-vitro was unsuccessful. Her sixth in-vitro attempt resulted in the current pregnancy.
