CBS and Time Warner Reach Agreement and End Blackout

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but it's likely that coverage of the U.S. Open tennis tournament as well as the upcoming NFL season were major factors in the two sides reaching an agreement.
Programming was scheduled to resume by 6 p.m. ET Monday after the agreement was announced.
