This marks a second win for Underwood, who previously claimed the honor in '05.Despite not campaigning at all, TV Guide's own Michael Ausiello this year came in (what we are calling) "fourth," placing alongside the likes of runners-up Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes) and Joaquin Phoenix.
