Carrie Prejean Marries NFL Quarterback

Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean married Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller in a private ceremony in San Diego on Friday, E! News reports.

Prejean, 23, wore a one-shoulder mermaid-style gown while Boller, 29, wore a traditional black tuxedo.

Prejean gained national attention when she revealed her conservative stance on same-sex marriage during the 2009 Miss USA Pageant. She was stripped of her state title for breach of contract two months later.

Prejean and Boller became engaged in February and have been together for a year.
