Camille, 42, says her husband's request is "solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible," according to the Superior Court filing obtained by the magazine. In the papers, Camille estimated the couple's estate is worth $120 million. A hearing is set for Jan. 26.

Kelsey Grammer announced his engagement to girlfriend Kayte Walsh in December, five months after Camille filed for divorce.

"Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer," the former Frasier star said.
Kelsey told David Letterman that he and Kayte plan to marry "sometime in February" when he appeared on Late Show Thursday. "The kids seem to be doing okay, yeah," he said.  "We've been spending quite a bit of time with them, Kayte and I. Kayte's my new girl, and we're planning to get married soon."
