Spring may be the time for blooming flowers, warmer days, and flocking baby animals, but in the TV business it's also the time for death and destruction! With Upfronts looming, broadcast networks are hammering out their 2019-2020 schedules, and that means lots of shows are about to be sent to permanent hibernation.

We're taking a look at all the shows that are on the bubble -- shows which haven't been renewed or canceled yet and aren't sure bets to go either way -- to determine whether they'll stick around or not.

To determine whether a show will be canceled or renewed, we're going to take into account everything that network execs do. Ratings are obviously important and the easiest measure to use, but more hidden metrics like DVR numbers and location on the schedule are also factors. And of course, we'll use very unscientific hunches, too.
