Spears hit the Rain nightclub on Friday night to promote her seventh album, Femme Fatale, which drops Tuesday. The performances were recorded for an upcoming MTV special.
The 29-year-old singer, who tweeted that it "feels good to be on stage again," performed three tracks off her new album: "Hold It Against Me," "Till the World Ends" and "Big Fat Bass," after Jersey Shore star DJ Pauly D warmed up the crowd.
"We are extremely excited to have one of the most iconic artists of all time back at the Palms. Britney's performances were unbelievable and her fans will never forget this night," Palms owner George Maloof said. "We have a great relationship with MTV and feel fortunate to be a part of her upcoming special."
Spears previously graced the stage at Rain with an unannounced performance in 2003.
