Britney and Family Granted Restraining Order Against Adnan

Britney Spears and her paparazzo, ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, probably won't be rekindling their old flame any time soon considering he can no longer get within 100 yards of the pop star.

A three-year restraining order against the 36-year-old was approved by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb on Wednesday, according to People.

The terms of the new order, which protects 27-year-old Spears, as well as her parents, siblings and children, prevents Ghalib from contacting 27-year-old Spears via phone, email or mail and forbids him to claim he represents her best interests.

Jamie Spears, the singer's father, obtained a restraining order  in January against Ghalib, former manager/friend Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley — all of whom, he accused of "working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship" over his daughter.
