Britney (Finally) Gets a Cali Driver's License as Custody Case Revs Back Up

Britney Spears on Tuesday picked up her temporary paper California driver's license, a week and a half after being charged (on Sept. 21) with hit-and-run and driving without a valid license  a legal black eye that snowballed into the pop tart having custody of her two kids handed to ex-husband Kevin Federline. In light of her "make-good" with the license thing, Britney "is hoping the judge will reverse the [change-in-custody] order," her friend Sam Lufti tells Us. A new hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
