The Disney Channel is inspiring kids and their families to make a change with the help of rising star Bridgit Mendler. As the anthem for Disney's Friends for Change initiative, "We Can Change the World" is the 18-year-old actress' contribution in the effort to benefit global charities. The song she  co-wrote and performs debuts on Friday, after which Disney will donate $250,000 dollars to the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund. Mendler and over 30 other Disney stars will also compete in the "Disney Friends for a Change Games" where they're split into four teams battling in a series of fun and physical challenges. The victorious team will receive $100,000 for their charity of choice.  Viewers can take part by pledging actions to help out the planet.
