Bret Michaels Dragged Off Stage During Concert in N.H.

Bret Michaels was dragged offstage during a concert in New Hampshire Thursday night after his blood sugar dropped too low. According to a message guitarist Pete Evick posted on Michaels' Facebook page, the singer rushed off stage three songs into the set in Manchester, N.H. "In the 9 years I've stood next to him, I've never seen a look like the one on his face as if I was a complete stranger," Evick wrote. A crew member then informed him that Michaels' blood sugar was "extremely low."

How do these actors keep getting work?

"He returned to the stage only to announce that he could not continue. As you all know he is a health fanatic and fiercely monitors his blood sugar, he basically had to be dragged off the stage in his sickest of conditions. When I rushed to the bus he could barely speak, but begged me to apologize to the fans and seemed only concerned for him," Evick continued.

The former Poison frontman was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child. In 2010, he won Celebrity Apprentice, raising money for the American Diabetes Association.
