Bravo's Chef Roble Serves Up Season 2

Celebrity chef Roble Ali launched his own catering company with a high profile client list during the first season of Bravo's Chef Roble & Co. Now cameras follow Roble and his team — including a new assistant and pastry chef — as his New York-based business heats up. (Season 2 premieres Wednesday at 10/9c.) "I'm overwhelmed with the growth of the business," Roble says. "We are catering even higher-caliber events — everything from birthday parties to photo exhibits to fashion shows." And you can bet the guest lists will be VIP-only.

"I'm overwhelmed with the growth of the business," Roble says. "We are catering even higher-caliber events — everything from birthday parties to photo exhibits to fashion shows." And you can bet the guest lists will be VIP-only. The premiere episode features a southern-style tea party hosted by Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks, and the remainder of the season will cater to John Legend, NBA star Tyson Chandler and more. We toast the new season with Chef Roble, who shares his menu for a sizzling summer soiree. Bon appetit!

Best summer appetizer: "Something light, like a seasonal salad. Go down to your local farmers market, grab your favorite salad-ready items, put them together with your favorite vinaigrette and season to your personal taste with salt and pepper. It really is that simple."

Smokin' summer entrée: "Anything off the grill! Grill your favorite things like chicken, steak or vegetables, and serve them buffet style with your favorite sides."

Sweetest summer dessert: "My favorite sweets in the summer are good quality fruits. Slice the fruit up and artfully arrange it all together on a platter. Light and healthy."

Hottest summer drink: "I love a fruity rosé wine sangria."
