Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown was placed in a medically-induced coma over the weekend, after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub, CNN reports. However, a source close to the family tells People magazine that the 21-year-old's condition is "stable."
A police spokeswoman told CNN Saturday afternoon that Brown was "alive and breathing," but did not offer any additional information.
Brown was found face-down in a bathtub at her home in Roswell, Ga.,Saturday morning by her husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend. Police are unclear as to why Brown was found unresponsive, but are treating it as a "medical incident" at this time, according to CNN.
Friends and family have reportedly gathered around Brown as the three-year anniversary of her mother's death approaches. Whitney Houston died Feb. 11, 2012 after drowning in a bathtub.
