HBO has announced premiere dates for Boardwalk Empire and Eastbound & Down, the latter of which will end after its upcoming fourth season.

HBO has announced premiere dates for Boardwalk Empire and Eastbound & Down, the latter of which will end after its upcoming fourth season.

Boardwalk Empire kicks off its fourth season on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 9/8c, and Eastbound & Down returns for an eight-episode fourth season Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c.

The cable network also announced that new comedy series Hello Ladies, which stars Stephen Merchant as a gawky Englishman searching for the woman of his dreams in Los Angeles, will premiere after Eastbound & Down on Sept. 29 at 10:30/9:30c.

Finally, Clear History, a film starring  and co-written by Larry David will debut on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 9/8c. David plays a marketing executive at a startup electric car company who gives up his 10 percent stake in the business after an argument with his boss. When the company goes on to make billions of dollars, it destroys his life and leaves him publicly humiliated, resulting in him changing his name and moving to a small island off the Massachusetts coast. Jon Hamm, Bill Hader, Kate Hudson, Danny McBride, Eva Mendes, Amy Ryan and others also star in the comedy.
