This is a great time for Dad TV, and it's only going to get better: Showtime has officially renewed Billions for Season 5. It's not even Father's Day yet!
Showtime announced Wednesday, just under a month before the show wraps up Season 4, that the Damian Lewis-led financial drama will be back for another season. According to the network, Billions averages 4.2 million viewers across platforms, which is a pretty solid performance.
Season 4 of the show saw Bobby Axelrod (Lewis) and Chuck Rhoades (Paul Giamatti) team up to take out their mutual enemies. While they still distrust each other, they make an effective alliance against Grigor Andolov (John Malkovich), Taylor Mason (Asia Kate Dillon), Bryan Connerty (Toby Leonard Moore) and Waylon "Jock" Jeffcoat (Clancy Brown).
Billions airs Sundays at 9/8c on Showtime. The Season 4 finale airs Sunday, June 9.
