Johnson, whose essay about the experience appeared on Vanity Fair's website in 2014, said Cosby drugged her in the mid-1980s. Cosby filed a defamation lawsuit Monday against the 63-year-old Johnson, saying her claim was an "attempt to revive her flagging career as a model, actress and public personality" and part of a bigger campaign to "assassinate" Cosby's reputation. His lawsuit comes one week after he countersued seven women for defamation.
